Other factors, such as temperature and humidity, must be controlled when using air cooling. Air is the most common attenuation method; rollers and electrostatic (static electricity) are also used for attenuation.
Generally, there are three spinning methods to produce Spunbond: Wet spinning, dry spinning, and melt spinning. Melt spinning is more widely used to produce Spunbond and has several systems. Riefenhauser GmbH of Germany developed the Ricoh Fill system.

How to form a fabric network

The filaments are deposited on the moving belt. An air gun that uses high-pressure air is used to move the threads, and then, by creating a vacuum under the belt, the threading of the fabric is helped. To make the most uniformity of strands, the strands are separated by mechanical force, aerodynamic force, or electrostatic charge before reaching the belt. Other processes, such as mechanical oscillation, electrostatic charging, slot attenuators, airfoils, full-width drawing rolls, and centrifugal foaming, are used for separation and drawing.

When producing Spunbond using the mechanical swing method, the strands are separated by mechanical or aerodynamic forces. Figure 4 shows the method and apparatus registered by Du Pont in 1967 for the production of nonwoven nets nonwoven. Figure 5 shows the process and apparatus for the production of nonwoven webs of filaments, patented by Hoechst in 1979.
